The hotel offered an amazing getaway with its spacious and cozy chalet, complete with a private jacuzzi and stunning views. However, my experience was marred by poor management and a lack of cleanliness, particularly with one of the rooms that I encountered. It has great potential with its beautiful surroundings and amenities, but the overall experience was quite disappointing due to the circumstances during my stay.

The highlight was definitely the warm welcome from Ralph, who made our arrival easy and pleasant. However, some parts of our suite could use a little updating, and the steep stairs might be challenging for some guests. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would return.
